ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the terms written below will refer to the written explanations.
Minister: Minister of Trade,
Ministry: Ministry of Trade,
Law: Law on Consumer Protection,
Regulation: Regulation on Distance Contracts,
Service: The subject of any consumer transaction other than providing goods that are committed or undertaken in return for a fee or benefit,
Seller: A natural or legal person (NUMAN OK) who offers goods to the consumer for commercial or professional purposes, including public legal entities, or acts on behalf or account of the supplier,
Buyer: Real or legal person (Customer) who acquires, uses or makes use of a good or service for commercial or non-professional purposes,
Website: The website of the Seller named www.asylove.com,
Orderer: Real or legal person who requests a good or service through the Seller's website named www.asylove.com,
Parties: Seller and Buyer,
Contract: This Contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer,
Products or Products: It refers to movable property subject to shopping, immovable properties for residential or holiday purposes, and software, audio, visual and similar products prepared for use in electronic environment.

: It refers to the field that customers who are members of the www.asylove.com website can access from the My Account Information page and can easily perform the return process after filling the required information for the return.
ARTICLE 3 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Contract is about the Consumer Protection No.6502 regarding the sale and delivery of the goods / services that the Buyer has ordered electronically from the www.asylove.com website of the Seller, which has the qualifications mentioned in the contract and whose sales price is specified in the contract. Law and the provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188, the determination of the rights and obligations of the Parties. The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales price. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed by the Seller. The prices announced periodically are valid until the end of the specified period. The "Preliminary Information Form" on the payment page on the website and invoices for the order are integral parts of this contract.
ARTICLE 4 - DATE OF THE CONTRACT
These two copies of the contract previously signed by the Seller were signed by the Buyer on # DATE # and accepted.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY OF GOODS OR SERVICES, PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY METHOD OF THE CONTRACT
The goods / services will be delivered to # USER_NAME # at # DELIVERY_ADDRESS # to which the Buyer has requested delivery or to a person over 18 years of age at the address.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
Delivery costs belong to the Buyer. If the seller declares on the website that the delivery fee of the shoppers above the announced amount will be covered by him or they will make free delivery within the campaign, the delivery cost belongs to the Seller for the purchases made within the specified terms. Delivery; It is done as soon as possible after the stock is available and the cost of the goods is transferred to the Seller's account. The seller delivers the goods / services within 30 (thirty) days from the order of the goods / service and reserves the right to extend the additional 10 (ten) days by written notice within this period. If, for any reason, the cost of the goods / services is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the Seller is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the goods / services.
ARTICLE 7 - BUYER'S DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health / hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
ARTICLE 8 - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The type and type, quantity, brand / model, color and sales price of the goods / services, including all taxes, are as stated in the Preliminary Information Form and the invoice, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

ARTICLE 10 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
17.1 The Buyer may return the purchased Goods / Service within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery within the borders of Turkey, without any legal or criminal liability and without any justification from the date of delivery of the product to himself or to the person / organization at the address indicated, by using his right of withdrawal.
The costs arising from the return process belong to the customer.
