For orders over 50 US dollars, shipping is free.

For orders less than 50 US dollars, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packages are delivered to the provided address within 1-5 business days according to the customer’s location.

After the order is completed, your design will be prepared using the information provided by you and submit the outcome for your approval.  At this stage, you can approve the design or request a correction.  The correction is a process that continues until you approve the design.

The invoice for the ordered product is sent inside the shipping box.  In addition, an invoice is sent to your registered e-mail address.

  3. The payment process is verified and approved by the secure methods.
  4. The website is informed that the payment is safe and successful.
  5. The purchased product is shipped to the customer by Asylove.

It is a content editor that lists your preferred products and provides comparison based on your liking.

The product to be returned / exchanged must be shipped with the original package / box received.  (Example: Products with cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not acceptable.) The product must be returned as it was received.  The product  must not be used or damaged as a result of misuse.

When the shipping is delivered, you must state whether the box has been opened or not.  When you receive a product that is damaged, defective, different or missing, you must contact our customer service representative to issue a full refund and the return process.

Products whose design has been approved and the production process has begun cannot be modified.

Once your purchase is shipped, you can check the status of your product via the shipping tracking number shared with you.
